Sue Mann Nursing and Community Care has a wonderful team of Registered Nurses and aged care staff who are here to help and based in your local area – from the Central Coast, Hunter and Sydney.
We can make all the difference for you to stay living comfortably in your own home. We cover all the services that are subsidised by the Australian Government, however if you are not eligible you can become one of our valued Private Care clients. Home Care Packages are subsidised by the Australian Government to allow you to live independently in your own home for as long as possible.
